Anger in the work place is really kind of magnified because the family that you're working with is your work family. So as you're working you can kind begin to realize that these are people that you're gonna be with maybe even more than your personal family. So it's important to know everything you can about being around these different kinds of people you’ve got people over, you have people that are ladder to you and you've got people that are under you.
