"Well the aircraft is also equipped for night flying and some people think that's a little bit more exotic than flying during the day but some pilots kind of prefer it because in general, conditions at night are usually smoother. There's less movement of the air and it can be a pretty interesting viewpoint, to kind of view the towns and cities that you live around when you can see it from a few thousand feet at night. Of course the one thing we want to be certain of is that basically is that all of our aircraft lights and all of our electrical system are up and working and up to par prior to departure. And on top of using some visual references that we would have at night, we would also be depending to some degree on our navigation equipment. This aircraft is equipped of course with a GPS receiver. In addition to that it also has a couple of what's called DOR receivers which are a little bit older series of ground based navigation system. So essentially, we'd be using a variety of systems to kind of navigate and just kind of enjoy a flight at night over a particular city or town."

Most jobs are posted on employer websites and not commercial job boards. Jobs on employer websites typically are not advertised—this means jobs on employer websites typically receive hardly any applications because people do not know about them. Hound allows its members to be the first and only applicants to these jobs on employer websites.
