"Hi, my name is David Fletcher, commander of United States Fugitive Apprehension. We are here today with Expert Village. When thinking about becoming a bounty hunter which in todays terms is a fugitive recovery agent, one must first consider safety. Safety begins with personal identification. In the next segment I will show you and introduce another person to you which is the clothing that you wear plays a big role in the job that you're trying to perform. One of the things that you have to do is obtain all of these clothing items, tips and information from someone like myself or from someone like the gentlemen that you will soon meet. Once becoming identified, you must still understand that your clothing is only a small part of it. You must have the common vernacular to be able to get your point across in a series yet non threatening matter."
