So the meal is complete and your job is almost done. You've built a little relationship with your customers who you've been waiting on for an hour or two. You want to make sure that you say goodbye when it's for them to leave. Just because you placed the check on the table, doesn't mean your job is done. You really have to go back and make sure everything is okay and say goodbye to your customers. You want to go up to the table after you've presented and they've all paid out. Just go up and say thank you so much for coming to Mickey Quinn's. Don't forget my name is Leslie. Feel free to ask for me the next time you visit. Those are some great things to remember to make sure that people know who you are and they will ask for you the next time you come.
