"Hi! My name is Leslie Moselle and we're here at Mickey Quinn's in Seminole, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, this is how to be a successful server. I'm on my way to my table again to go ahead and check and see what they want to order for dinner. Not always does the menu offer something that customer really wants, or sometimes there are some changes they want made to the meal. Number one key in waiting table is make sure your customer is happy. Never say no, unless it's a request that you just know that you cannot offer the customer. I'm going to go head to the table and check and see what the customer wants. If it's something that I can say yes to or I can ask management or the kitchen staff to do for me, I'm going to go ahead and try and take that extra step for my customer because it's going to make them happy and it's going to help me and my tip in the long run. Are we all set to place our order? Yeah. Actually, I was looking at this shepherd’s pie. Is that spicy? No, shepherd’s pie isn't spicy. It does have beef and potatoes, so it's a pretty neutral flavor. It doesn't have too much spice in it. I saw some buffalo stuff on here. Can you throw some buffalo sauce in it. Buffalo sauce on the buffalo wings that we have? No, actually on the shepherd’s pie to make it a little spicy. Sure. I can go ahead and put that on the side because we do prepare the shepherd’s pie like a pie, so we can't really add it in there, but I'd be happy to get you some buffalo sauce on the side if you'd like. That sounds good. Wonderful. Did you want spicy? Really, really spicy or did you want a medium? Hot as possible. Hot as possible. Wonderful. I'll go ahead and put that on the side that way you can control how hot your shepherd’s pie is. Thank you. Wonderful. I'll get that started for you. No problem."
