"Hi! My name is Leslie Moselle and we're here at Mickey Quinn's in Seminole, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, this is how to be a successful server. It's getting really busy in here now and I'm going to have to request the help of one of my fellow servers to help me out with taking my food out from the kitchen. This is always a good thing to do. You never want to let food sit for a long time and you don't want to make your customers wait. If you need a little helping hand, just make sure to prepare whoever is helping you with the food correctly so that they're not auctioning off food to the table. You never want to have any server go to the table asking who had what meal. Who had chicken fingers? Who had a pub burger? You want to prepare that server who's helping you just to go out there and hand it over to them just as their waiter has been helping them the whole time was doing it themselves. I'm going to go ahead and have George, one of my fellow servers, help me out. I'm going to explain to him really quick exactly who had what meal so that he's prepared when going to the table. Alright, let's go. Alright George, it's really crazy in here and I have so many table, so would you mind helping me out carrying a tray for me. Yeah, sure. Awesome. I'm going to let you know who has what. Seat one, you can see the lady has the char grilled salad with balsamic vinegar on the side. Ask her if she needs anything extra. We have the chicken fingers here for the gentleman to the left of her, and then we have the pub burger. That's it. Any questions? Nope, got it. Awesome. Thanks George, you're the best."
