"Well this is ground zero. Welcome to the booking room. This is where you want to be, and where all the bookings happen at W Talent. Not unlike a lot of other great agencies in the world, what happens here is the most important rubber meeting the road. This is where our clients call in, and require and request, go sees auditions, and film auditions for all of our talent. We have Elizabeth who's busily working on a casting for a film. We have a lot of people coming in and calling for magazines and editorial shoots. And this is where we look at our wall, and we see who are our talent. We have our children's division, we have our young adult division, we have our grown up girl division, and then we have on the other wall, all of our gentlemen and our actors. So if we look for a specific type; for instance, we need someone for a Disney movie, so we need someone between the ages of 30 and 40, a mom type, someone who's a good athlete, and has a great sense of humor, and of course works well with kids, then Elizabeth will look at the wall, figure out who the best talent is for that job, call them up, and make an appointment for a go see or an audition. A go see is when a woman comes with her book, slates, and brings her things, and approaches the camera, and does what we showed you before."
