"Now we're going to have some fun. You've learned the basic walk, and now we're going to show you how to do what you see on TV. The first thing is what we call the Clydesdale, just like the horse, a lot of style, a lot of attitude and a lot of fun. Here's Nikki demonstrating the Clydesdale. The first thing that you notice is how high her knees are compared to the regular walk. Her knees are very high, and there's a lot of exaggeration to the gaze. The important thing is that it's kind of a loud walk, so you want to make sure that your beat, and the way you measure your steps is even, or it sounds really funny and it's really, really distracting. Let's see it one more time. A lot of attitude, a lot of leg movement, and a little bit of a swing of the arm but not much. The most important thing again, is that you really are confident with the way you approach that runway, because not only can they see you, but they can hear you, with what we call the Clydesdale. One more time Nikki. As you can see it takes a lot of confidence to do this walk, and the important thing is that there is a lot of forward motion. It's terrific, fun, and now I want you to try it."
