"Well now we've showed you what it takes to do everything right, but the most common thing that models do wrong is not have control of their arm movement. So come with me and let's watch Niki do what's wrong with a runway walk arm wise. See, what's happening here is that, what are you focusing on? You're focusing on Niki's arm movement. And as a model, your arms have to be somewhat loose, but they have to be in control. You have to keep the swinging to the minimum, and, right? You have to pivot from here, but you have to have control of where your arms land. So now Niki, on the way back, let's show everyone how to do arms right. Right arms are giving the feeling that they're free and easy, but actually, Niki's controlling the arms very, very carefully. Most of us have one arm that we lead with and one leg that we lead with. That's fine in real life, but once we get on the runway, we have to control that lead arm so that the garment looks as beautiful as it can possibly be. Niki, one more time, let's show the kids how to do things right and how to them wrong. Let's do the wrong. See that swing? Niki's left arm is her lead arm, and that's why it's going like crazy, because she can't control it. OK, now let's show them how to do it right. How do we correct? Niki now totally corrected that arm. What is she doing? She's send energy to that part of her body and saying, stand still girls. And the result is a beautiful, flawless look."
