"In this section we'll be discussing another model known as the ABCs of customer service. I'm Pamela Unruh on behalf of Expert Village. In this section we discussed a model known as the ABCs of customer service. Keep these steps in mind as you provide customer service going forward. Remember A it's for attitude not the customers attitude your and yours alone, attitude, your tone of voice, how you deal with the customer, even body language all plays apart in the attitude that you convey to the customer. B-business knowledge, make sure your customer knows that you are the expert that you are the person that can help that customer with their issue. It makes them feel very confident and comfortable with you as a professional. Finally C customer oriented service, dealing with one customer at a time dealing with that customer you want to use professionalism, courteously and the basic elements of customer service that we discussed before. Follow the model of the ABCs of customer service and they all service a good reminder of the factors that you want to provide to your customer."
