"In this clip we are going to do grapevines. We are going to add a little bit more of a challenge, to help tighten and tone the thighs and the glutes so that we can look hot in our swimsuit this year. Okay, what you want to do is sink down into your surface, and we are just going to add an extra challenge to our standard grapevines. So you are going to bring that leg behind, nice and low, shoulders relaxed, and across, forward and across, and across, cross in front, cross in back. Okay, cross in front, and cross in back. So you can pick from point A to point B, and I would suggest doing it ten times and you can do that twice. Ten times back and forth. Being your leg across, and open, behind, open, a little more challenging with the sand now. Across, nice and low, shoulders back, you are going to feel this in the quads, the hams, the glutes, the calves, all in the lower body. So you should alternate your positions, behind, across, behind, and across in the front and behind."
