"In this clip, we're going to do standing across the body obliques. Ok. This is a nice exercise for you to be able to do to get yourself in shape to look good in your swimsuit. It's going to help tighten and tone the oblique muscles. And, you're standing by the ocean. What a beautiful, beautiful backdrop. And, you're going to bring that knee across and then open up your arms. Reach past that knee and open. Past, open. You want to try and do two to three sets. Crunch and open. Slow and controlled, so you can really feel those obliques crunch. Reach across and open. You're also going to feel this in your arms. Because, you have your hands behind your head. You'll feel it in your quads, hamstrings and your calves. This is just a nice option to the standard oblique exercise. And, if you don't want to get all sandy you can still do your abs while you're exercising at the beach. Reach across and down. You want to rotate from the torso. Open up the arms, rotate and open."
