"In this next clip, we're going to do a plank. Ok. So, you're going to come down upon your nice sandy area. Ok. You're going to place your forearms onto the ground. We're going to start off with the most challenging position and then we'll come down to a basic. Ok. The way you're going to begin your plank, is your going to come down upon your exercise area. Which, right now is the sand. Come down upon your knees. Lean forward. Come onto your forearms and then you're going to come up upon your toes. Now, for those of us who want those abs to look nice and tones for our swimsuits you're going to be pushing up tightening those abs. Pressing down on the back to encircle your torso and get it nice and toned and stable. Ok. Now, so this is the advanced option. Now, if you have issues with your back or your shoulders another option is to just come on your knees. And, you can cross your ankles. Lift the body. And, you want to keep those abs nice and tight. And, the back nice and strong. So, this is still going to challenge you. It might not be quite as challenging as the advanced option. But, you're still going to feel it in the abs and the back. And, also just doing start off with fifteen seconds. Try and do it two to three times. And, as you increase your endurance you can move it up to thirty."
