"In this clip we're going to do body builders. If you have stability issues with your shoulders, this is probably not a good exercise for you. But, for those of us who do have strong shoulders you're just going to lower yourself down onto the sand and take your forearms down. Up on your toes in a plank, you're going to push up into a plan position. Ok. We're going to go to the right first. So, we're going to do five to the right and five to the left. And, that's going to consist of one set. Ok. Up, up. Then, you're going to come back down on the right arm and down. Up, up. Down, down. You're going to keep your back nice and flat, body nice and long. Push up, up. Nice and slow and controlled. So, you're going to do five to the right and then you'll switch sides. Come up. This is a really good stabilizer. You can feel it in through the core and low back. Ok. We're going to go ahead and go with the other side. Come down. Take it back up. Come down on your forearms and push back up. Ok. Slow and controlled. This is kind of a challenging exercise. The slower you do it, the more you're going to feel it in your muscles."
