Video Transcript

"In this clip we're going to do walking lunges. OK, so what you want to do is stand with your feet shoulder width apart. OK, you're going to take one step forward, keep the body nice and long, sink down, bring your feet together. Take the opposite foot, walk forward, come down, together. So you're going to keep going, feet together. Just nice and slow and controlled. Just because you're moving doesn't mean that you want to lose your form. Now if this is too easy you can always add some weights or a medicine ball. You can also pick up the pace. Together, step, together. You just want to keep a nice, steady pace. Alternate legs. If you want to make it a little more fun, you can also do it in a square. So pick point A to point B to C to D to E."
