"Hi, I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to be reviewing what we learned today on hand warming techniques. First you need to find alone time of 10 to 15 minutes in a comfortable location whether it be lying down or sitting in a comfortable chair. Then you need to allow yourself time to relax and begin to breath deeply and visualize a warm sunny day. Next you need to warm your hands visualizing the sun, warming them and continue deep breathing. Finally what you would do is return to your normal activities feeling refreshed and awake.
