"I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are discussing taking minute breaks from your computer screen in order to avoid eye strain and headaches. In our last segment we learned the across the body stretch and in this segment we will be discussing shoulder rolls. Sit with your back towards your computer screen, roll your shoulders back and center and forward. Once again center, relax, now roll your shoulders back, center and forward and center. Notice any of the tension you have been holding in your shoulders begin to release. Now take a deep breath in, inhale, hold it and let it go and relax. Once again inhale and relax. Breath normally as you roll your shoulders back and center, forward and once again center. Watch our next segment where I will tell you some other techniques that can be done away from your desk to help take a break from your computer screen."
