"I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are discussing taking minute breaks from your computer screen every 15 minutes. In our last segment we learned the over the head stretch. In this segment we will learn the across the body stretch. You can do this stretch either sitting at your desk or standing up. I'm going to ask you to turn your back away from the computer screen so you won't be tempted to peek while you are resting your eyes for this minute. Take your right arm across your chest and just hold it, stretch, good. Now your left, very good. This technique also stretches the shoulders which carry a lot of tension and releasing this tension once an hour helps to elevate tension headaches, it stops them before they start. Very good! Now, take a deep breath in, inhale, hold it and let it out and relax. Once again inhale, hold and relax and let it go. Now you have learned the third exercise in our series. In our next segment we will be learning the shoulder rolls."
