"The second way to reduce hot flashes is to use a fan, of course, because the fan will circulate the air around. Now, if you have an air conditioned room, then it would circulate all that nice cold air around you and it would help relieve your hot flashes. Ice bucket. Why I put ice bucket here is because there are several things you can actually do with an ice bucket in terms of increasing the circulation of cold air. So, I want to demonstrate to you one method that you could do, and that is, here's a bucket or bowl and what you do is then, you can get some nice ice from the freezer that you've made up the night before, and just fill it up to the top. I don't have enough to fill it, but imagine that this bowl is filled up to the top and one way that you could actually use this method is to use the fan - I have a picture of a fan here - but imagine that you put the fan on high, and then you put the bowl of ice in front of the fan and then that will blow all that cold over your face and that's one good quick method to help you reduce the hot flash that you're having at that moment in time. So, that's one way that you could actually do to help you reduce hot flashes."
