"Now I am going to demonstrate how to do Head Breathing. This is hands spread first and both hands is fold at the backside of the head. And inhaling is very important. Inhaling through the nostril area, through the nose, close eyes and concentrate the blue sky, visualize blue sky and exhaling time, your mouth exhale. Inhale again, through nose, hold visualize blue sky. Exhale through mouth. Inhale nose, hold, visualize blue sky. Exhale mouth. And relax. Relax come back. Head. There is enough head breath. Your head breath your, higher chakras, your high chakras deeply clean and awaken and all impure energies going to space. So this is the importance of head breath."
