"It can be very helpful for somebody looking to treat and live with ADHD, without the assistance of medication, to invest in working with and ADHD coach for a few, or maybe more than a few sessions. An ADHD coach is a person who has training in assisting those of us with ADHD in managing our lives, getting our finances in order, helping us to organize our living space, helping us to work with time management, and being on time for things. Having ADHD, although many of us are very gifted people, it doesn't mean we can get a clear perspective on what we need to organize in our lives. So a coach can be very effective and efficient in showing us simple strategies we can employ with just a reasonable amount of investment discipline. This ADHD coaching can teach us to manage our time better. It can help us to not end up in situations where were panicked or pressed for time, which can be upsetting and distracting. ADHD coaching can help somebody who's going to work without any sort or benefit of medication to keep a better handle on their life. So, I suggest coaching all the way around for anybody with ADHD."
