And that you are currently under treatment by this doctor for ADHD or any other conditions you may have. Depression, anxiety, etc, that affect your ADHD. Its not everybody's want to start taking medication when they have ADHD, and there are any number of things, that a person, whether they are taking medication or not can do to help alleviate ADHD symptoms and learn to live with some of the complications that this disorder can cause. Again, whatever you do in terms of your personal health care and the care of your ADHD, its always best to consult your physician before making any major changes.
