"TONY KAPECHUK: Hi, my name is Tony. And on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to turn this check socket into a laminated definitive prosthesis. Now, we're ready to introduce our resin into our funnel. Now, we can turn on our vacuum which will start drying the resin down into our socket. We're going to really massage in this resin and make sure all our materials get saturated. Poor saturation can lead to failure of the socket. Once you have full coverage with your resin, you can go ahead and tape off the top. You want to try to lay your tape down nicely with no roping. Give it some more massage to make sure that the material is saturated, and then you can give a final string. We use just typical parachute cord. I will just use it to bring the extra resin out of the socket."
