"The next thing you want to do when you're trying to improve your self esteem is think about the projects that you're going to take on. Sometimes we tend to take on projects that we know that there is no way that we can do, but we take them on anyway, and then what happens is we can't complete them, and then we're a failure. Make sure that the projects that you take on, whether at work, whether at school, whether being, you know, the PTA club at your child's school; whatever it is, don't take on so much that you're going to fail. Take on small projects that you know you can succeed at and build on those. Take a great deal of affirmation from your successes, from your successful projects, and try to not set yourself up for failure."
