"Another possible self-destructive belief that you might have is the drive or the desire to hurry up. And what I'm talking about here is a little bit different than in society today in itself, we have to--we rush. We rush around, we have to go to work, get the coffee, get the kids, get the groceries, on and on it goes, and we're always rushing around. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the desire to hurry up to try to get everything that everybody wants me to do, done. I have to hurry up and finish this proposal so that I can be the best worker. I have to hurry up and come up with the best idea so that I can be the most important. I have to hurry up and make the house perfect so that's the way I'm going to be the best wife. That's not the way you're going to be the best wife, or the best worker. But you're always trying to hurry because you think if you don't get it done fast enough, then you are less than. And you are not less than. So, take a look, honestly, if you have the desire to hurry up to get things done."
