"Another self-destructive belief that you might have that you need to get rid of is the desire to be strong or the drive to be strong. And when we look at this, just like when we look at all other potential self-destructive beliefs, you need to be real honest about are you like this or not. Take an honest look at, do you have a problem with being weak? Now, the last clip I talked about how women tend to be...can probably do that a little bit more. Well, this one, this is for you guys. Many men have a strong desire to come across very strong, to be strong, to act strong, to appear strong so that if some kind of crisis or tragedy or even something very small in their lives occurs, they have to be strong. And if they were to happen to break down and be a little weak, then they're a failure. So, take a look at your desire to be strong. Do you have a problem with weakness on any level? Weakness with women, weakness with men, weakness with authority. Whatever it is, take a look at it."
