"Okay, so we've talked about self esteem and that we're going to improve our self esteem. Well, why do we want to do that? Well there's a lot of good reasons why we want to improve our self esteem. If you feel good about yourself, you are going to perform better in all areas of your life. And when I say perform better; I'm basically talking about being happy. You're going to be happier at work. You're going to be happier at school. You're going to be happier in your relationships. If you feel miserable about yourself, if you feel like a failure, if you hate yourself, then you're going to hate your relationships, you're going to hate your job, you're going to hate your school, you're going to hate everything about your life. So the only way that we can start feeling better about our life and the interactions that we have on a daily basis, is by feeling better about ourselves. And we absolutely have to start there. Statistics also show that people with stronger self esteems don't get sick as much. So if you want to be healthy, and happy, we've got to improve that self esteem. Now let's talk about how we're going to do it."
