"Now I'm going to tell you about a preventive migraine breakfast. Yes, you heard me right. A preventive migraine breakfast. And it involves no cooking. Take a ripe banana, peel it. Cut it into pieces and then on top of the banana pieces, you add some Ghee which is available at all India stores. About half a teaspoon only. Avoid it if you have cholesterol. And then top it with half a teaspoon of date sugar. On top of it, sprinkle some cardamom powder. And presto! You would find that this really helps to remove migraine. But the only problem is that it is going to help those people who have migraine at mid-day. And then the migraine subsides in the evening."
