"Friends, let us start with some Aasanas. Aasanas are Yogic postures. The first aasan which I'm going to demonstrate is the Nauka Aasan also known as the Boat pose. It is a very simple pose and it can easily be done at home. Lie flat on the back, arms at the side of the body. Palms facing down. Inhale and raise the legs, arms, head and trunk. The head and feet should not be raised more than six inches off the ground. The arms should be held at the same level and in line with the toes. Hold the raised position for a comfortable length of time. And exhale and slowly return to the starting position. Relax the whole body. Do this Aasan five times. Friends, so this was the Nauka Aasan or the boat pose which is very helpful in migraine. You must try this Aasan. "
