"Hi friends! Today I'm going to talk about migraine. Migraine is also known as the sick head ache because of the nausea and the vomiting which accompanies the excruciating pain in the head. You're not alone, Caesar and Freud were also victims of Migraine. In today's episode, I will be taking up certain Aasanas which are Yogic postures. Also certain Yogic Mudras which are Yoga of the hands. And I would also help you to breathe, learn to breathe properly. So that you can alleviate this pain of migraine. I would also be telling you the correct sequence and the limitations, the precautions, the dos and don'ts that you must do within every exercise. Also I will be telling you about certain foods and Indian herbal remedies that you can use to alleviate and immediately take care of migraine. "
