"WHITNEY TESLER: Hi. My name is Whitney Tesler on behalf of Expert Village, here to talk to you today about how to become a vegan and I'm going to share a list of ingredients that you should get to know. First off are all the different milks that you can get. I already showed you soy milk in my fridge. But there are other varieties such as almond milk and rice milk which is just made from water and almonds, water and soy beans, et cetera, and each one has its own unique flavor so it's really just a matter of what you prefer. Also, soy margarine, I showed you; I had Earth Balance but there are other brands as well. That's just my favorite. I really, really recommend that one. So, it's good for baking, using on toast, anything. Also, soy yoghurts and cheeses are good. There's a lot on the market today, but you want to make sure to read the labels 'cause a lot of times, cheeses in particular, tend to have milk products in them which I'll go over later other ingredients to look out for that aren't vegan. But those are the main vegan dairy ingredients to get to know and--that are staples in your diet. So...."
