"So as we finish up here you notice I am finishing up just the way we started. My hands are on her lower back and one just behind the heart. I think we have had a very successful session here. We have located a few things that were off that we were able to remedy. How are you feeling Sara? Drink plenty of water. This is a good reminder to drink plenty of water after a massage session. You have actually gotten rid of toxins in the body and I'm feeling dry. You may feel a little sluggish or extra fatigued. Your body has gone through an experience here. You need to cut yourself a little slack if you can. Maybe take a warm bath if you can but you want to be careful with yourself if you are leaving the practitioner's house and you are getting back in the car and just be careful on the drive home. In the next sessions we will be working on the rest of the body including the front part of the legs, the chest, the face, and the hands and the feet. I hope you can join us.
