"O'kay so continuing to work on the legs. I'm using both palms now and pushing out the tissue, squeezing in and using my fingers to support the leg. I am almost gripping the whole leg itself while I am pushing out with my palms. Make sure you avoid the knee. The knees are a very sensitive area and we don't want to put pressure on that. The upper thigh area use your thumbs. Just like in her back I found a point here that I can work a little further. The muscle there needs work. Do you work out a lot? Once a week. What kind of exercise do you do? Jogging. Do you stretch a lot? Not as much as you should. Always allow at least five or ten minutes before and after. A wonderful thing about that cardio work, running and aerobics, is it can really loosen up the body and if you can take the time after that kind of work out for the legs you can really increase your flexibility a great deal because you will find that your body is actually looser and you can stretch further after running. You have to take advantage of it immediately after otherwise, your muscles can just get tighter and you'll walk around like a cripple and you don't want to do that. When we return I'm going to use my forearm on the back of the legs."
