"So I've moved down to the back of the legs and I'm using my palm with my hands to squeeze along the calf and the upper quadricep area. I am feeling what is going on here as noticing there is tension and tightness as well as muscularity. We store a lot of tension in our legs. There are a lot of trust issues with the legs. What I am doing here is almost like a baker stretching out some flour. I am trying to coax the tissue to relax, kneading the skin and tissue here. Sometimes these legs can be very very sensitive, especially runners or people who do a lot of athletics. You can alternate what you are using here from a pinching and squeezing to just a general rubbing or using a circular motion. O'kay when we come back I will work with the legs further."
