"So I'm back here and I'm squeezing the hips creating more movement down here. It's obviously a place where we can sit on our emotions. And this can be lot of constriction here in the buttocks area. Obviously due to a sedentary lifestyle. So I'm starting to go outside of the buttocks area as well. I'm feeling, in Sarah, areas that I sense can be opened up here. I'm using my fingertips. In this area too. Use the palm almost as if it's a martial arts move and the wave of energy I'm pushing into her. So now I'm going to move on to using my forearm and elbow for a little more pressure in this area. Now when I did that I automatically felt some resistance on Sarah's part. It's almost like a clenching. It can be very strong using your forearm and the elbow. When you do that make sure that you're not making a fist. That your hand is light. It has to do with the instrument you're using (the elbow) as a massage tool, and also an energy. Which it's open, it's receptive, it's not combative. Now I can use my elbow here, a rotating motion. Moving up along the buttocks. Now remember when you're doing this to make sure that you work both sides. It's ok to leave your elbow there for a while as well. Sometimes it's fine just to let the person just let go on their own without you having to work so hard. And her breathing will resume naturally and come back to a place of relaxation. When we come back, I'll start working on the legs."
