"So I've moved down to the hips here. There is what is called the sacrum hose. The hose of the sacrum and I feel lockage and energy there. Hips are a very sacred place. It is the connector between our upper body and our legs. A lot of things are stored here. Emotionally we keep a lot of anger and also repressed sexuality obviously in this area. It connects to our feet which with our feet if we get angry we can stamp or kick somebody and if we don't express ourselves a lot of the anger gets stored in the hips. You can I'm actually using my fists at this point because I felt like it was okay. It's a very strong area and it can take a lot. There is this point here, you can feel it, where it comes up to this bony section in the middle. You can put your fist right here and use your whole weight rather than just the arm itself. Is the pressure okay? There is an aspect to massage which can be painful but it can be a good pain. When you are working in an area you feel that this is what you want to release. So I'm actually creating circles here with my fists, almost rocking the sacrum. I am using my whole body to put pressure. Scooching down and spreading out the buttocks area. When we return I'll work on the buttocks further."
