"So now we're going to work on the gall bladder meridian. The gall bladder is known for help and decision making like people in high power jobs or any kind of mental stress. I'm going to cross over, have Sara cross over her legs, go as far as you can go and still be relaxed. I'm actually working from the side of her hips and buttocks area down to her knee area. So I'm working here underneath her thigh and pinching almost, squeezing. This is also a place that I find that using the knuckles is quite effective. It is a little harder and a little bonier and I can use my knuckles or even my fists. It is a pretty dense area overall. It can take a little bit more pressure. It is good to mix up the tools that you are using during massage. I move pretty freely from my fingertips to my palms, knuckles, even my elbows if I think it is appropriate. So when we return we will work on the legs further. "
