"RICHARD NEIL: So while I have Sarah's head resting on my palm here, I'm moving up to the top of Sarah's head and we're finding these two pressure points. They're almost to the top slightly more forward than center. They're very key for eliminating anxiety, mental stress and headaches. So I'll create that circular motion with my thumb and index finger just moving ever so slightly these two points here. Then I'll move back about a half an inch beyond that almost to the other side of the halfway mark. Do the same motion there. You can just hold them there and exert pressure. This is a very key acupuncture point for eliminating migraines, both of these two points. So when we return I'll work the face further."
