"So we moved onto the front of the legs. Were going to start working on the liver meridian. I'm going to pull up Sarah's knee here, pull it in, do a little stretch right here. See how flexible she is, alright a little tight, little tight. I'm going to rotate it here, create some movement. Remember to breathe, that loose horror we just worked on. Tell me if it's too much, right there, that's about it. Have you had any back issues before? No, that's alright, thanks for reminding me okay. So from here I'm going to rest Sarah's knee on my knee and I'm going to massage the inside of her leg here. This is the liver meridian going from the top of the leg to the knee using my palm. It's okay, Is that pressure alright? So keep working this area. I went from my palms now to my fingertips. Now, I'm actually going to use the soft part of my forearm here. I'm working my way down. It's going to be a very vulnerable area obviously. So, you work up to this slowly. So were finishing up here, maybe using a little thumb, comes down. So were going to move from the liver meridian, to the kidney meridian, when we return."
