"RICHARD NEIL: So continuing with the scalp right now, I'm actually going to be gripping chunks of Sarah's hair, leaving out this seemingly forceful expression with my hands. It feels usually pretty good for the recipient. Moving away slightly, I'm actually going to be running my fingers through the hair and tugging slightly on the hair. Be careful. If they're tender scalped and--you don't want to pull so much. Run your fingers through the hair and slightly tug. So you're tugging the hair away from the scalp just to remind her to let go. And rest her head fully on my hand. So when we return, I'll follow up the massage working on the occipital region underneath the neck."
