"RICHARD NEIL: So working with the--on the head and face, which is often the most relaxing part of the massage, you just have to be aware how sensitive this area really is. It's what we present to the world, the face. It's the thing that we're probably most conscious of. And we hold a lot in our face as far as the stress and tension of everyday life. Right now, I'm starting with the hair. And I'm going to do a quick massage into the scalp here, just running my fingers, almost like shampooing with the tips of my fingers and my thumb. Some people just love this, this part of the massage. Other people just don't like it at all. Hopefully, Sarah's one of the former. SARAH: I like it. RICHARD NEIL: Okay. Good. So try to cover the whole scalp here, shampooing. There's all these nerve endings in the scalp where our hair is growing out of--this is a very sensitive area and we probably neglect it more than we should. It's very, very relaxing. And now, I'm almost gripping the scalp here, getting a little more forceful with the amount of energy I'm putting forward. This is very good for relieving migraines, especially if you're trying to wean yourself off of caffeine, which is a good thing. Try to cover the whole scalp area. You can mix it up. So when we come back, I'll work on the scalp further."
