"RICHARD NEIL: Hi, I'm Richard Neil. Welcome back. I'm a massage therapist specializing in shiatsu massage. Shiatsu is a little different than other massage therapies. We approach it, a mind and body connection where there are channels of energy called meridians running through the body. And there are points on those meridians, tsubo points or trigger points, which can access the chi, which is energy. And the energy of chi is connected to the various organs in the body such as the heart or gallbladder, kidney, liver, et cetera. Last time--working with Sarah here, last time we worked on the neck and shoulders and we finished at the back of the legs and some feet work. And today, we're going to approach the face and neck as well as the shoulders and hands. So please, join us."
