Also finishing on the front of the legs. First working on the hara the hara is a very important part of the body. Especially for the Japanese way of thinking. They consider it the center of the vital spirit of a persons body and everything starts from the hara and goes forth from the hara. They even refer to a person as having good hara or bad hara.
