"SARAH HAUER: Hi. I'm Sarah Hauer. SIG HAUER: And I'm Sig Hauer, and we're professional practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine. SARAH HAUER: We're here on behalf of Expert Village. SIG HAUER: And welcome to our video. She's moved up here to thoracic 11, thoracic vertebra 11, T11. That's where the back shu of the spleen is, that's bladder 20. Blood production in Chinese medicine is very much influenced by your digestion. Other things as well, but digestion is a very key component. SIG HAUER: You are what you eat."
