"Hi my name is Rotem I'm a exercise Physiologist and Aquatic Therapist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next set of exercises are ankle and toe exercises. Now keep in mind when you are doing those exercises make sure that your toes are ankles are relaxed. You don't have to be tight on those areas when trying to do those exercise. Now another important thing that you can get the support of the wall when doing it. So you feel more stable in the water when doing it in the first time but as you progress you can be in the middle of the pool. Now when you get the support of the wall you should bend your elbow and place your hand on and put it on the surface beside the pull. Now another important thing that you can do is to get the support of that wall by placing your back on the pool on the pool wall and just do the exercises. Now the last important thing is that you always distribute your weight evenly when doing those exercises. I will show you all the exercises outside of the water but your have to keep in mind that you should the exercise inside of the water, the water should at least get to your hip level when doing those exercises."
