"Hi my name is Rotem I'm a exercise Physiologist and Aquatic Therapist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise and variation for this step touch that we just did before but this time we would do it either with out toes to the side or our heel to the side. So we would start with the hand on the water level, we would take our toes to the side, and then bring it back to the starting position. Then take your heel to the side and bring it back to the starting position make sure your exercising both sides. So next we would do with the other leg toes, to the side, starting position, toes to the side and back to the starting position. "
