"Hi my name is Rotem, I'm an Exercise Physiologist and Aquatic Therapist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise that we'll do alternate all the time between sidesteps to the right and sidesteps to the left and after a while we'll also add the scissor exercise. So basically we'll start by doing 3 steps to the left; so 1, 2, 3 and then do 1 step to the right and then 2 steps to the left. Now again, 3 steps to the right, 1 step to the left and then 2 steps to the right. Now I will also combine the scissor exercise. So this is the exercise which goes like that. Now remember all the time to do it to the front and to the back, don't forget it. So we'll do 3 steps to the left; so 1, 2, and 3. Now 1 step to the right; 1 and then 2 steps to the left; so 1 and 2. Now I'll do 3 steps to the right; so 1, 2, and 3 and 1 step to the left; 1 and then 2 steps to the right; so 1 and 2. You can play with that, whatever you want to, just remember to add the scissor exercise to the arms and to alternate all the time between the right and the left side."
