"Hi my name is Rotem, I'm an Exercise Physiologist and Aquatic Therapist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is pelvic circles together with the biceps curls. So biceps curls will go basically like this, you just bend your elbows, bring your hands closer to your shoulders and then pull them down to be on the sides of your body. So I'm pulling up and down. Now I'll combine it together with the pelvic circles. The pelvic circles will go just like this, just do circles with your hip and start to combine it with the hands. Now make sure you are standing all the time tall and straight looking forward. You can choose a point to, a focus zone, so you don't start to move all your body around. You have to be all the time straight and loose with your body and just try to do it and to add the arm movement also. Now do it to the other side."
