"Hi! My name is Dr. Sean Flaherty from Summer Chiropractic in Puyallup, Washington and I would like to talk to you a little bit about extremity adjusting, the joints in your elbow, in your wrists, your fingers and you know your legs and everything else. It is great for athletes because they push their body so hard and they can you know twist their ankle or the knee just a little bit and so it is important for a lot of athletes to get those things checked and it prevents them to run more fluidly and obviously without pain and the list goes on the benefits of that. Also for may be the office worker who is doing a lot of typing they got their wrist cocked all the time, and they are starting to develop some carpal tunnel syndrome, a lot of times you can prevent surgery and obviously all the pain and numbness and tingling, just by putting the carpal bones back in place and taking that pressure off the nerve that causes all that pain. So the doctor will come in and he will analyze the strength, keep your hands, fingers like this, by pulling this way, or this way, pushing down, resist my pressure and he is strong there, so that tells me that his elbow is fine in that manner. But if they were to go weak, it tell me where to go, where to adjust, and I just come on there and a slight thrust, and that would put that elbow back in place, of course I can check the knees, ankles and the shoulders and just about every other joint in the body."
