"Well, I'm not exactly a chef, but I have managed to find ways to have a child eat something that doesn't taste exactly wonderful. In the gluten-free world, a lot of the tastes and textures are less than favorable. I've actually purchased some things where I've taken a bite out of them and have literally thrown them in the garbage. And I don't like to throw food out, but they're just not good. I've found that, like, if you take, say, a gluten-free chicken nugget, douse it with lots of ketchup, put some salt and pepper on it, there's ways to make it better. And also, this gluten substitute will help add some moisture into the food and make it a lot more tasty. And then there's a lot of gluten-free foods that all kids are able to have. So, if I bring him to a party and they--he--can have corn chips, I'll bring them for all the kids, so he doesn't feel left out. But there's also a lot of cookbooks and recipes online that you may want to tap into. And, as I said, keywords "Gluten-free diet, recipes," and you'll come up with a lot of free recipes where you don't have to purchase the cookbook."
